GoGoEditor. Terms of Use and EULA
Effective date: April 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GoGo Editor (the “Service”), operated by Fundacja Kloop Media Polska, based in Poland (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acknowledgement
This agreement is concluded between You and Fundacja Kloop Media Polska only, and not with Apple. Fundacja Kloop Media Polska, not Apple, is solely responsible for the GoGo Editor application and the content thereof. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application.
2. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the GoGo Editor application on devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. Restrictions: You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app;
Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the app to any third party;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
Make the functionality of the app available to multiple users through any means.
3. Warranty and Product Claims
Fundacja Kloop Media Polska is solely responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. You acknowledge that Fundacja Kloop Media Polska, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and consumer protection.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Fundacja Kloop Media Polska, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, and settlement of such claims.
5. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
6. Description of the Service
GoGo Editor is a text editing application that allows users to:
- create new text,
- edit existing text, including selected portions,
- modify content using voice commands and automated editing tools.
The Service uses automated and AI-assisted systems to process and generate text.
7. Eligibility
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Users between 13 and 18 must use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
8. Accounts
Access to the Service requires authentication via supported third-party providers (currently Google).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted under it.
We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
9. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments for the Service are processed through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store payment method details (such as credit card numbers).
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. We store subscription-related data such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and expiration dates in order to provide and manage the Service.
Billing, refunds, and subscription management are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
10. User Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of any text or content you upload, create, or edit using the Service (“User Content”).
You are solely responsible for:
- the content you process using the Service,
- ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use such content,
- any outcomes resulting from using or publishing that content.
11. Use of Content
By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
We do not use your User Content for training AI models, and we do not use your User Content for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
12. Third-Party Services and AI Processing
The Service relies on third-party providers, including AI and language processing services.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- your content may be processed by such providers solely to deliver the Service,
- these providers act as data processors on our behalf and are subject to appropriate data protection obligations.

13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law,
- infringe intellectual property or other rights,
- process unlawful, harmful, or abusive content,
- interfere with or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Automated Editing Disclaimer
The Service uses automated systems, including AI, to generate and modify text.
We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use.
15. Data Protection and Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Upon verified request, we will:
- delete your account, and
- delete or anonymize your personal data,
- except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate purposes.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

16. Availability and Changes
The Service is currently in early access (beta). Features, functionality, and availability may change significantly as the Service evolves.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”,
- We disclaim all warranties,
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on generated or edited content.
The Service is designed to be used while on the go, including while walking or commuting. However, you are solely responsible for using the Service in a safe and lawful manner.
Do not use the Service while operating a motor vehicle. Do not use the Service in any situation where doing so would endanger you or others, distract you from your surroundings, or violate applicable law. You should always prioritize your safety and the safety of those around you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from unsafe, distracted, or negligent use of the Service.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
20. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification before they take effect.
Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account.
21. Third Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
