This Privacy Policy explains how Fundacja Kloop Media Polska, based in Poland (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use GoGo Editor (the “Service”).
1. Who We Are

We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
a) Account Data
– email address
– name or profile information provided via Google login
b) User Content
– text you create, upload, or edit in the Service
– voice input (if used for editing or commands)
c) Usage Data
– interactions with the Service
– technical data (device, logs, timestamps, IP address)
d) Subscription Data
– subscription status, product identifiers, and expiration dates
– transaction identifiers provided by the app store and RevenueCat
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
– provide and operate the Service
– authenticate users and manage accounts
– process and edit text (including via AI systems)
– improve and develop the Service
– ensure security and prevent abuse
4. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
To provide core functionality, we use OpenAI’s API for the following purposes:
– Speech-to-text and read-back use OpenAI’s API;
– AI-assisted writing and editing use OpenAI’s API or Anthropic’s Claude API (Claude Sonnet by default), depending on your choice;
When you use these features, your voice recordings, document text, and chat messages are sent to OpenAI and/or Anthropic for processing. We do not include personal identifiers (such as your name, email, or user ID) in these requests.
To the best of our knowledge:
Data sent via OpenAI’s API is not used by OpenAI to train their models and is retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before being deleted. See OpenAI’s API data usage policy: https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/your-data
Data sent via Anthropic’s commercial API is not used by Anthropic to train their models and is typically deleted within 30 days, except where Anthropic must retain it to enforce their Usage Policy or comply with law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We also use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify purchase status. RevenueCat receives your anonymous user identifier and subscription-related data from the app store. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf. For details, see RevenueCat’s privacy policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/).
By continuing, you agree to the processing of your content as described above.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process personal data under the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract — to provide the Service
Legitimate interests — to improve and secure the Service
Legal obligations — where required by law
Consent — where applicable (e.g. optional features)
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data:
– for as long as your account is active,
– as necessary to provide the Service,
– and as required to comply with legal obligations.
Some data may be retained in backups for a limited period.
7. Your Rights
Under EU data protection law, you have the right to:
– access your personal data
– correct inaccurate data
– request deletion of your data
– restrict or object to processing
– data portability
– lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
8. Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
Upon verified request, we will:
– delete your account, and
– delete or anonymize associated personal data
except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate purposes.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including by our service providers.
Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as:
– standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission
11. Children’s Data
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated version.
